  • "Kim is an amazing yoga teacher. I've worked with her for over 9 years. At every stage of my life over that time, Kim has helped me accept and challenge my body through yoga. Her flows are always fresh, yet also build on her previous sessions. It rewards us both the new client and the return follower. She has incredible knowledge of the body, and helps her students become more aware and in tune with their own. I wholeheartedly recommend her."

  • “I started doing yoga to help with some back pain issues. I find Kim's classes to be very helpful to help me stay flexible and with pain management. Kim is an awesome instructor, she always asks her students what areas to focus on and she ensures to address the needs of all her students. Kim is extremely knowledgeable in the benefits of each yoga pose with our health. She is very good about explaining each pose and it's benefits throughout the class. I have been taking Kim's yoga classes for a few years now and I find her to be genuinely caring of all of her students. She offers a range of yoga styles, from relaxing/stretching yoga to vinyasa flow to meet the needs of all levels from beginners to advanced students. I highly recommend Kim as a yoga instructor.”

  • Kim is a brilliant yoga teacher or yogini. You pick your title! I’ve practiced with her for how old is Scarlett years and love her teaching style. In person, she leads/calls the class and walks around and subtlety adjusts her students. On Zoom, she does the class with us. I’ve taken both her Flow class and her Restorative class and love both. They make a good combination. Kim often asks what we would like to focus on before our Zoom classes. She mixes up our yoga practice by focusing on something different each week. It could be shoulders, hips, stress or balance. She also changes our practice as we change seasons throughout the year. Kim explains each yoga pose clearly and knows her students and any issues well enough to advise us on how to adjust the pose. She also speaks eloquently about yoga and how knowing our bodies can help us as we go through life. She shares her insight and wisdom on how our yoga practice relates to life. "
