  • Yoga Flow Sessions

    Great for people with previous yoga experience. Sessions tailored to the individual’s needs. A good choice for those who may have had a previous injury or condition but still love to sweat or move (it is my personal favorite to practice, as well as one of my most popular sessions.)

  • Yoga Therapy Sessions

    If you are brand new to yoga, it is a great place to start learning the ins and outs. There is a heavy emphasis on the breath which is a cornerstone of yoga. It is also good for people with concerns or injuries. If you have back pain, shoulder issues, insomnia… just let me know! I will design a protocol specifically for your needs.

  • Yoga for Guys

    A yoga session designed specifically for men, because the male body is different. Take it from another guy, John, in my review page, below.

  • Restorative Yoga Sessions

    A slow stye of yoga that encourages total physical and emotional relaxation. It focuses on long held poses, deep breathing, and uses props.

  • A Red Light Therapy Session

    A complete relaxation session with the help of infrared sauna and red light therapy. There is also the possibility of guided meditation and creative visualization. It is excellent for stress reduction, addiction, and trauma.

  • Health Coach Sessions

    It is estimated that 97% of Americans have metabolic syndrome. In a Health Coach Session we will take a deep dive into your habits and beliefs and devise a plan unique to you to live a healthier life.

  • Health Immersion Program

    For 6 weeks, you can choose a customized 8-session regimen of yoga, reg light therapy, health coaching, or meditation therapy. We will revamp your diet, exercise program, and move the needle on your lifestyle.

    An open minded practical approach to how our personality and choice may be influenced by our birth. A look at how this knowledge may help in understanding yourself in relation to your health journey.
